Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your GRCSandbox Pro subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will have continued access to the Pro tier features for the remainder of your paid billing period.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you must cancel your account before your next billing cycle date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, if a billing error is made on our end or if the Service experiences prolonged, documented downtime that prevents you from using the Pro tier features entirely, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
